1. Acceptance of Terms

• Not be a person who has been self-excluded or banned from online gambling
• Provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration
• Have only one active account with SilverStorm Craft

You are required to register an account before placing any wagers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. SilverStorm Craft is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment source registered in the account holder's name. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method: Interac e-Transfer (up to 24 hours), bank wire (2–5 business days), cryptocurrency (up to 24 hours).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. SilverStorm Craft reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.

• Exploiting software errors or glitches

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the SilverStorm Craft website — including logos, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces — is the property of SilverStorm Craft OU or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

SilverStorm Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time of any claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the regulations set forth by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
